"ADU Clear" ("we", "us") means the business operating under the fictitious business name ADU Clear.

Research on ADU potential, subject to a survey and an architect. They are not a zoning decision, survey, permit, or design service.

ADU Clear reports are research estimates of ADU potential based on public data. They are not a zoning decision, survey, permit, or professional design service. Confirm with a licensed surveyor, architect, and your local planning department.

Refunds

1. No refunds once a report is delivered. The free preview is the try-before-you-buy.
2. If a report has a factual error from our data, we correct and re-send it or issue a free report credit. A cash refund applies only if we can't fix it.
3. Automatic full refund for: an address outside the City of Los Angeles or City of San Diego that slipped through, a duplicate charge, or a report that was never delivered.
4. Unused pack credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, prorated at the pack's per-report price ($69.80 for the 5-pack, $59.90 for the 10-pack). Credits never expire.

Liability

Liability for a report or a pack is limited to the price paid for that report or pack.

Pack credits

Pack credits do not expire.
